    • There are different kinds of mindfulness. I sometimes do classes after school. It helps with learning how to control my anxiety. Breathing in general and using different breathing techniques helps me. I try to pay more attention to my breathing- it is called a mindfulness breath, or at least that’s what I call it. I don’t know how you can help.
