How did your research guide your plan?

It helped my plan by telling me when to use my materials and how much to use.

What information do you still need to find? 

None, I am done with my plan.

What new information did you find as you planned?

That you have to change the salt a few times.

How do you think this plan will work with your group members?

I think all plans will be somewhat the same but we might have to correct a few things but all plans will be sortof the same.

How can you make sure every person’s voice is heard in the group? 

We will assign roles for each person.

1. Why did I pick my topic?

I didn’t, I gave the teachers my top 5 and they assigned me to one with a partner.
2. What was a main idea that I learned that I did not know before?

I did not know about the fish head is a symbol of Rosh Hashanah. The fish head symbolizes a blessing may we be heads, not tails.
3. What did I find interesting and enjoy doing my project?

I found finding new facts interesting and fun. One thing I learned is dates in Hebrew means to get rid of our foes.
4. How did doing my project enhance or influence my high holiday experience?

I can now find connections during the holidays.

In the beginning, I struggled to find ideas but then someone gave me an idea to put my travel so on my final timeline has 16 ideas and not 10.  The easiest part of the project was putting together the timeline because I got to put all my ideas into real life. The fun part was when we got to do the gallery walk because I got to see others hard work and I gave me ideas for if I got t do this again. I am most proud of how I solved the problem of not having enough space by adding an extra piece of paper to it.

I felt like the team building was more sitting and talking than doing stuff but the last part was fun because we had to work together to get across a lake of snotgurgles without touching them more than 3 times.

The guides were really nice and sorptive because when other kids were afraid of going the guides assured that the lines were safe and on the long one (1222 feet) they were saying stuff like you can do it and trust me it is fun.

The place was not what I expected because when I was in Costa a Rica the ziplines were all in the forest so I thought that  they all were going to be in the woods.

I would do it again because overall I would give it a 8/10.

My favorite part of the challenge was getting new ideas because it is that aha moment when you figure something out and your group gets exited.

The most challenging part of the challenge was not eating the pringles because you could smell oil coming from your hands because you were handling the chips.

One thing I would not do next time is not trying to cheat the system by doing a two pringle stack because that took time.

Some feedback I have is giving us more time because most groups had a good idea but we ran out of time and 15 minutes is only enough time to barely enough time to complete the ring without time to experiment.

My One Pager

The image of the castle represents most of the settings because the book is mostly set as a castle.

The bows are a symbol of the fighting because most of the book is about fighting and the main weapon is the bow.

The horse is a symbol of the rangers’ horses because they are very well trained and they help out rangers in pickles.

I chose my border of weapons because they show all the weapons used and it also shows that there is a lot of fighting.

I chose the quote “Respect everyone on the matter who they are.” Because the main character is a 12-14-year-old girl and sometimes people will they that kids have no power even if they are royal and the leader is a woman and nowadays in a lot of countries that is rare.

The other quote I chose was “Never let anyone change your beliefs no matter their social status.” because sometimes people in the book will think that they are cool because they follow someone royal but they don’t like what they are doing. This can happen in the real world because politicians can change your views just by being important.
