I am looking forward to more labs because they are more engaging and fun so I will be more helpful and excited for since.
- What is something you want to work on moving forward?
Something I want to work on is not taking over and doing everything because I can sometimes try to do everything on my own and I mess up and make others feel bad. What I am going to do is try not to be the “team leader” and take control.
I love that one of your goals is to work with others, rather than trying to do everything on your own.
I am wondering… rather than saying you will not be the “team leader” is there a way that you could still be the team leader and use those skills to help your group?
