Q:Has anything changed on the bread?

A:Not really although the bread is slightly changing colors a little bit to a darker color in the middle.

Q:Has mold grown and if not,does your bread look any worse for wear?

A:No mold has grown although the bread is kind of falling apart because it is getting squished in the little jar.It is also getting a little crusty and changing a little bit into a darker color.
