ETC Final Reflection

1. What strengths did you develop throughout this ETC process?
I became a better researcher. I also became ok with the idea of failing and I think that really helped me throughout this process. I learned how to ask for help and I learned how to fail.
5. What difficulties did you encounter during this ETC process?
I had to change my project twice which was difficult because it put me behind in the process. It was also difficult to find a topic that interested me enough to stick with it.
6. What long term or life lessons can you take from this project?
A long term lesson that I learned is that it’s ok to ask for help. I also can take away that it’s ok to fail.
8. How can you apply what you learned from this project to other parts of your life or in the future?
The ankle sprain stuff, I can help myself and others who have an ankle sprain. But with research and asking for help, I can take it with me and be ok with failing and not being so hard on myself. Also in other classes, I can ask for help because that was a big thing that I had to learn.
9. What would you change if you were to do this process again?
I would try to be focused more. I would also try not to change my project so much.
