A discovery I learned in Sarah, Plain And Tall is one of the words at the begining of chapter 8 it said “and the air grew still”. I really don’t undersand what it means, but it is very interesting to me. Another discovery I saw in the book was, “Strange clouds hanged in the Northwest”. I think that means that weirdly shaped clouds stayed in the north west. One more discovery that I saw that Calob can not swim! That makes me feel upset because a kid his age should be able to swim. He never had a mom to teach him and his dad could have but I bet he was to busy. I am enjoying this book because it is amazing that two kids could manage on their own without a mom. I kow that their dad took care of them but they sommtimes stay home alone.
