1. What do you like about your initial design?

Nothing. It was the only idea we had and I knew it wouldn’t work, but my group mate thought it was a smart idea for some reason. It was unrealistic. Physics doesn’t work like that. Wrapping a rubber band tightly around a spool and releasing it won’t make it spin for very long.

We knew it wouldn’t work.

3. How well did your racer perform in the first race? Did it go far? Fast?

It didn’t work.

4. How will you modify your design for the second race? Why?

We will start over.

Nothing worked.

This is as honest as it gets. Also, we destroyed our racer and I don’t know where our sketch is.
