Why is it important to develop the capacity to work as a member of a team?

It depends who I’m working with.

Getting everyone to agree on one thing.

What difference does it make if you are able to play a role in the development of assessment tools?

It doesn’t because I’m only one out of the however many kids that are in this class. I also don’t really care.
