Today I worked through two different challenges in a small group. The first challenge required me to work with my partners to build a duck out of legos in 4 minutes. The second challenge was a brain teaser where we had to solve a bunch of questions within 7 minutes.

After The duck Challenge:

What went well for my team regarding teamwork is that we ended up building a duck.

What went well for my team while completing the actual task is most of the time we knew what we were trying to do.

What was challenging for my team in terms of teamwork some of us weren’t listening to eachother

What I would do differently- I really don’t know what I would do difrently. I mean I asked my group wether or not I was being to bossy, but they said I wasn’t so,… yeah.

After the Brain Teaser:

What went well for my team regarding teamwork is that we didn’t argue about anything.

What went well for my team while completing the actual task We had a system.

What was challenging for my team in terms of teamwork nothing really.

What I would do differently- I don’t know. Maybe make sure everyone is included.

When working in groups this year, I hope that we will get things done.

  1. These two activities sound very interesting. Do you enjoy these types of cooperative learning experiences? Why do you like them or what don’t you like about them?
