- Got supplies
- Mixed 3 pounds salt and 3 pounds baking soda
- Opened chicken
- Took guts out
- Cleaned out chicken with whole bottle of rubbing alcohol by rubbing it in the inside and outside
- Mixed salt and Baking soda
- Put chicken in pan
- Added mixture
- Stuck random cinnamon sticks in it

It wasn’t super helpful because no one wanted to be procedure police because Stav couldn’t write and Maya had to sit and write the whole time.

1) In your procedure, step 8, you said you added the mixture. What exactly does this mean? Where did you add the mixture?
2) Is there a different way that the procedure person could participate?
3) How could you be more specific about what you saw, smelled and touched?
