I am little confused, though, about how working fast is a strength but slowing down is something that needs to be worked on…

Even though you may have not completed the whole challenge, I was impressed with what you created in class. I think if you would have had a few more minutes you and your group could have completed the challenge, which is something to be proud of!
I would love it if you could please go back and add more detail to your responses. For example, why was the challenge not comfortable? Why did you not meet your goal?
