Today’s goal: By the end of class today my group will have designed the last step of our Rube Goldberg.

What went well today?

Everything. We completed the goal successfully. 

What was challenging?

When we were done with our last step we needed to figure out a way to tip the food coloring upside down. We figured that out, too.

What steps went into deciding your final design?

Thinking of materials and lots of brainstorming and tinkering.

How many attempts did you try before finding success? If you did not find success, what do you think you need to try on Monday?

We got it on the 1st attempt.

What are the next steps for your group?

Build the rest of our Rube Goldberg.

Are there any additional materials your group needs to gather?

Oh, yes a lot. We have 1 group member bringing in Matchbox cars and I personally need to bring in a marble track. Someone in our group also needs to get red food coloring. We still need to get a bunch of tables because most of our Rube Goldberg is in the air.
