- We removed the remaining salt from the chicken

Sight: It was getting darker. Getting to a darker gold.
Touch: Like a soft rock
Smell: Normal
How much change do you think will occur over break?
Probably get a little darker and a little harder.
Wow! This looks so cool! Why do you think the chicken will get harder and darker over break? Where do you leave the chickens over break?
We’d been replacing the salt and baking soda mixture on average every 4 days and it’s been gradually getting darker every time. I think that leaving the chicken for longer will let it get even darker.
Over break we leave the chickens in Gev. Kimmel’s room.
