1. Describe a situation when you collaborated well with your group yesterday (make sure to set the scene: what were you doing, what happened, how did you feel). I was pretty much always helping with my group but I would always ask what to do how much money we had left to spend and helped lift wood off the racks which made me feel good. I felt helpful when I was pushing carts and grabbing items we needed because I felt like I was doing good things for my group.

2. Provide a specific example of a time when you did not collaborate well with your group yesterday (make sure to set the scene: what were you doing, what happened, how did you feel).  I felt like I was not collaborating when we were spending money on extra things because my mind was going everywhere like: “Ooh! some spray paint!” and “IS THAT A WOOD SHELF? Let’s get it!”. I feel like there were a million ideas going through my head but Livi and Asher kept reminding me about our budget which probably got them a little annoyed.

3. For the specific example of your struggles, how would you change your behavior/actions next time so as to do better? Be specific about what you would do.  I would probably pay more attention to the budget because we almost didn’t have enough money to buy all our wood but thankfully we had things deleted by livi and eitan so we could still buy some cool decor but also still get the basics (the wood)

4. Explain how well you planned (what you need to buy and how much) and executed that plan (actually did what you said you were going to do).  We planned very well, we got everything we wanted at lowes and restore. We were cutting the budget a little close but in the end, we were able to stay in the budget and get some decorations as well. However, we were a little high on the budget which was some of my faults.

This is one of the 2 carriage bolts we found at Re-Store

This is the end of the trip with all the wood on the bus heading back to school. THAT’S A LOTA DAMAGE
