  1. Clean chicken- all powder must be removed from inside and outside of the chicken.
    1. What does your chicken look like? Be descriptive and insert a picture here. The inside is all stretchy like string cheese. And the outside is super dry and tender. it looks like if you peed on a dehydrated chicken and it started bleeding
    2. What are the most significant changes since day 1? SUPER TENDER AND DRY. Like a super dry raisin. Colors are different. Before it was all a tan color, but now its red, yellow, and brown. You can even see the spine now. Before the inside looked like the inside of a chicken. but Now the inside is stringy.
    3. Do you think the changes are realistic to the changes you would see in an actual mummy? Why or why not? Yes, it is really dry and a real mummy after 40 days should be dry.

  1. Gather and prepare supplies for stuffing and wrapping your chicken (1 metal tin for mixing glue, 1 metal tin to keep your chicken in)
    1. What supplies did you gather today? Glue, water, and gauze
    2. What measurements did you use for your gauze? One foot long strips and cut them in half.
    3. How are you making sure each group member is included today? We are all doing something MT was cutting the gauze AK was putting the gauze in the glue. And GK was wrapping the chicken with gauze.

    1. How many pieces of gauze did you need? 24
    2. How much glue did you use? How much water did you add? We used 3 cups of glue and 1 cup of water
    3. Did you put anything into your chicken? If so, what and how much? We put sawdust inside the chicken until we couldn’t put more.

Instead of wrapping around the chicken with the gauze, we laid the gauze on it and GK accidentally pulled one piece of the gauze out and the whole thing shifted off and that sucked.
