  7. Have a safe environment to learn and grow as individuals
  8. Respect each other for who we are

  1. You said it, 7th grade! I encourage all the teachers at my school to guide their students to create classroom expectations/beliefs/understandings, rather than impose expectations upon the students. MJDS is leading the pack for establishing school culture and student-owned learning. Keep up the amazing work!
