One new idea from book club is how Ally wants to be nice, but has to resist her urges to be rebelious to do so. She also doesn’t have very many friends so she has to control her lonlyness so she doesn’t end up making friends with the bullys.

The most interesting part of my book is how Ally deals with her lonelyness, the fact that she can’t write, and other things. It tells us more about her life to understand her better and have more stories to tell.

In discussion next time I can grow as a collaborator by making sure I know where I got the info in my thinking log from in the book so I can listen to the conversation instead of searching the book.
