Old Fashioned School Day

We had a blast this morning celebrating our learning of the late 1800s. Ask your kids about the following: the walk to school toeing the line and the songs that were sung the games we played what we made for our lunch their old fashioned name

LLS Fundraiser

As you know, the 3rd and 4th grade classes are running a fundraiser in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. JCC Garden

On Friday we went to the JCC community garden to volunteer. We planted garlic bulbs. We also got to see much of what is planted there and even got to taste a few things like green beans, kale and chives. The kids loved it and we’ll visit again in the spring.

Tashlich

It was a wonderful morning at Klode Park for Tashlich. We discussed our mistakes from the past year and talked about doing our best to make positive choices in the new year. We enjoyed challah at the park and a little playtime with the whole school as well. It was a beautiful morning!
