My one word goal is Non-competitive because I am really competitive. Sometimes when I get really competitive I say how the teams are not fair or that I never get to kick and so on and so on. I really want to stop doing that and I want everyone to help me. The game is also not as fun when I get competitive and upset.
This is such a challenge and I totally get this–I am also very competitive, maybe not as much about sports but about other things. I have found that yoga has really helped me with this. Maybe you want to try it too? Namaste!
