For my one word goal I chose helpful because I want to be more helpful. Sometimes I feel like I just get in the way and you guys do all the hard work and I just lay around so I want to now help out instead of just laying around and I want you to be the people laying around sometimes. And when Nora is old enough she will probably help to. And at school I want to help Gev. Voras clean the room and do stuff like that but just in general I want to be more helpful because it is a good thing to be.

I sitting in my office crying because this is such a kind nice word. I think you are often very helpful and I think the entire family is really trying to be better at this in general. We are trying to keep our house clean. We are helping dad to lose weight. We are helping to keep each other calm. I love it and I love you.
