Jewish Studies Presentation

Reflection

  1. Write a short (1-2 sentence) summary of your idea to improve Milwaukee Jewish Day School.

  1. How do you feel your presentation went?

I think it went well but I would have wanted more time to talk about how we were going to present together.

  1. How did you feel during your presentation?

I felt like we were presenting about something that is important and can help the school. I also felt that we had an idea that we could actually do that would not be a lot of money or very hard working to get there.

  1. What was it like to be asked hard questions by your classmates?

I liked that my classmates asked me questions because it gave me a feeling of what they feel about our idea.

  1. What was it like to be asked hard questions by Gev. Denny and Adon Lippman?

It was not hard to talk in front of Gev. Denny and my dad because: 1 Gev. Denny was not even there for my presentation and 2 because I was presenting to my dad.

  1. How do you think Abraham felt after arguing with God about Sodom and Gomorrah?

I think he felt AWESOME because he could possibly save two cities and did not get killed by G-d

  1. Compare how you felt presenting your idea to how Abraham might have felt debating with God.  How do you think you felt similar? How do you think you felt different?

I felt the same  as Abraham because we were proposing something to someone who has power to make something change in the school. I definitely felt different then Abraham because I was talking to my dad.

  1. I hope you implement your ideas. Talk with your classmates and teachers about how to work together to make a difference in our school.

  2. I love the way you look at the positive, and you know Abraham felt AWESOME! I think I might have gotten stuck on the feeling TERRIFIED until it was over.
