We didn’t collaborate as well at Lowes because we were always yelling at each other because we were all so stressed.

3. For the specific example of your struggles, how would you change your behavior/actions next time so as to do better? Be specific about what you would do. My one real struggle was just at Lowes when we were getting the wood.

4. Explain how well you planned (what you need to buy and how much) and executed that plan (actually did what you said you were going to do). We planned pretty well but not as well as we could have.
