1. Once the mold began to grow, how did the appearance of the mold change over time?     When we left school for winter break there was NO mold now in one coroner of the bread there is a bit of mold. 
2. Hopefully, when we buy foods at a grocery store they are not moldy. What do you think food manufacturers do to foods to prevent the growth of mold?       I think on like apples when they cut them up and put them in bags but before they put the apples in a bowl of lemon juice. And mostly in other cases they just refrigerate the food.
3. Many fungi are decomposes. What does this mean?     They eat the food that was wasted or not needed any more and that is how Fungus grows on different foods. 
4. Make a list of useful things fungi can do. Eat non needed food, Be good for you or be bad for you.
