How Hitler Marginalized Minorities

Marginalized means being pushed to the outside. It also means being pushed to the edge of society. Individual people and groups of people can be marginalized. It can cause people to be treated very poorly and not fell wanted in society.

We are learning about the time after World War One and before the Holocaust. During this time Jews became marginalized within a very short time period. First any Jews in Germans government were taken out of office. Then they started to arrest Jews, shut down their businesses and parade the streets saying how bad Jews were. This made it to the news and other countries around Europe found out. They decided to boycott by not buying German goods. Hitler used this as an excuse to keep doing what he was doing. This all happened within a few months. Because of all these things Jews became marginalized. They no longer were apart of Germans society. They had no power in the government and no rights/freedoms.  They no longer could stand up for themselves and fight back.
