We visited the library for the first time today. In first grade the kids can check out two books each week. We will be visiting the library every Friday, so please make sure books are returned then.

We had our first reading workshop lesson, phonics lesson and writing project today. I’m so proud of this class, they were fantastic! We also did independent reading. **Everyone chose a book to take home tonight to read for homework.
