Student Blogging Challenge #4

If you had three wishes, what would they be? My first wish would be going into a tank/plane and driving/flying them I love tanks and airplanes so this one is automatically top on my list. My second wish is Attack On Titan season 4 to be out because I love this anime to bits my classmates can vouch for me. My third wish is to not be afraid of rollercoasters because I am very scared of rollercoasters.

Copyright

Copyright is a very big deal. If you violate copyright claims the person you stole from could sue you for copyright. There are sights that give you photos, videos, memes for free. If you get permission all copyright drops. Some sites that you could use are:
Unsplash
Pixabay
Pexels
Photos For Class
Openclipart
Pics4Learning.

Most of these sites you do not have to sign up for. But some sites specialize in different things. Some have photos but not videos some have the opposite. Copyright is when you create something and you don’t want people using it you could copyright the photo or video that nobody could use that photo or video.

Simchat Torah

Simchat Torah, a very big holiday where we celebrate finishing the Torah and starting it again. Simchat Torah starts on Monday, October 21st. It ends Tuesday, October 22nd. As with all holidays, It starts in the evening and ends right after sundown. We sing many Torah related songs. We praise God’s Torah on this day. This is the only holiday that we make the Torah the main theme. A very close holiday near Simchat Torah is Shimini Hatzeret where we conclude sukkot.

Sukkah Day 19

1. Now that the Sukkah is finished, what would you do differently next time? Explain in at least three sentences why you think that. I would make the sukkah bigger. The sukkah is super small. I do enjoy the sukkah building experience but the nailing was very bad.

2. Now that the Sukkah is finished, what are you most proud of and why! Explain in at least three sentences. The roof! I’m proud because I worked really hard on it. I was also proud of the actual wall.

3. What are three pieces of advice you have for the current 6th graders as it relates to their Sukkah?

Don’t make the sukkah to small. Feet are smaller than you think. Don’t purchase decorations first.

Sukkah Day 18

1. Explain how the Sukkah represents Judaism to you. If it does not, explain why.  It represents constant traveling to me. The reason for this is because that is what the Jews were living in so I feel connected.

2. What part of the Sukkah building process are you most excited to share with families/friends and why?

The roof. I worked really hard on it and thought we did a really good job on making it as kosher as possible.

3. What aspect of the building have you felt most connected to and why? The roof because we did a good job and I faced my fear of heights just a little bit.

4. How has building the Sukkah as a class helped grow your sense of community? Well, there were good times and bad times and made us all closer.

5. When your family comes to the Sukkah on Wednesday night, what is one thing you are going to tell them about and why?  The roof because I worked really hard on it.
