FOCUS המוקד

I chose focus because usually in class I have trouble focusing, and then when it comes time to do what the teacher or someone was just explaining, I have no idea what were doing, or how to do it. I think that I can get better at focusing by trying to remember to move if I’m being distracted, or give myself a reminder if I think that I’m starting to stop focusing.
