Tefilah

  1. What were three of your favorite things we did in tefilah this year, and why?   The friend ship circle because it was cool to feel what people mite feel like,  meditation because it was relaxing, and Rosh Chodesh groups because it was fun.
  2. What were two of your least favorite things we did in tefilah this year, and why? I didn’t like prayer discussions, setting up tefilah norms, and tefilah in a circle,
  3. We will have tefilah on the calendar again next year.  What would you like to keep or continue in tefilah?  I would like to do more Meditation.
  4. What would you like to have less of in tefillah?  Have the hole uper school in one group and splitting it of for activities.
  5. What would you like to add to tefilah? More Meditation and more activities.
  6. If you were telling a student who was new to upper school about tefilah, and trying to get him/her excited about it, what would you share?  That there is fun activities.
  7. What other thoughts or ideas do you want to share about your tefilah experience this year?   I was a fun year and I learn more about my Jewish life.

Subject of Biography: Shari Cayle

 

Why I chose this subject: I chose this subject because she is my grandma and her story of fitting cancer.

Sharon Nee Miller (Shari Cayle) was born on July 19, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan. And passed away on October 17, 2017  in Milwaukee WI.
