This time our group was able to plan better because we were in a better mood. We weren’t going to give up. Our plan worked better this time because we actually worked together and kept with what we had because last time when we failed and ran out of materials to work with we just gave up. I think we worked as a team a lot better than last time because we had good attitudes.
Next time I will explain the meaning of the mathematical terms and I will find the least common multiple? also I will find the math term “ common denominator” and why it is important when we add fractions with unlike denominators

In ETC I have grown in letting others have a say in what to do. For example: In the Marshmallow catapult challenge I did not do all of the work so others could have ideas. I was ok with this because I have been doing this for a while.

I liked it. I put the Bears colors on it which I liked. I also put a lot of work into it!
How did this challenge you?
This was challenging because at first, I did not know what to do because I was not here the first day. Then I worked with Gev. Noorlander and she helped me understand what to do!
my team thought of the challenge to put it in a ballon and make it fly and it failed so we tried again by blowing with a straw. I learned team work

What was difficult about the challenges?
One difficult challenge was the Saving Fred challenge. It was difficult because you could not touch anything you may only touch the paper clips. To complete the challenge you have to flip Fred’s boat right side up and get on Fred’s life preserver and get him in the boat. This was challenging for my group because we had two people 1 holding Fred 2 stretching life preserver. So it was hard to get it on him. We kept trying until he finally fit in!
Harry Potter Book 7: The Deathly Hollows
Paragraph 1
Voldemort wanted to take over the world but then Harry Potter got in his way. So Voldemort decided to kill the people who weren’t listening to his commands. Then Voldemort dies when Harry Potter deflects his spell back into Voldemort.
Paragraph 2
I chose the Map Maker option because there are a lot of places where things happen in the books. I can draw the important places and scenes that happened in the book. I’m going to plan out where everything is on the map first and then I’ll label the places that are important.
The places:
Hogwarts – Voldemort takes over Hogwarts
Graveyard – Voldemort kills his father and gets a new body
The Lake – Harry saves Ron and another friend
Quidditch – Harry gets attacked by dementors while flying
The Forest – Harry and Hermione meet Grump
