Distant learning was fun this week! I met the author of The Water Princess and got to ask her questions about water in Africa! I also think it’s cool that she is Presley’s godmother.
Also, it was earth day. For art, I wrote a sign on the driveway in all different colors. I used blue, yellow, pink, orange and green and tan. It was in big letters and said HAPPY EARTH DAY. I used purple too. I helped Peyton with his science experiment. I watched a video on who invented Earth Day and I watched a video on how to make seed bombs. I want to try that!
I liked Earth Day/Meeting the water princess week. It was fun

Elana, it is great that you tried so many things related to Earth Day. It is something we can celebrate every day. Getting to meet Georgie Badiel was super cool. It is special to be able to connect with people and projects all over the world.
