I have always made the mistake of not finishing the sentence when reading the problem. I just read the important stuff. Oh and next time I’ll read all of it so I don’t make as many mistakes.

I did not follow my study plan very well.  Not all of my writing was neat, most of it was sloppy.  The answers I got correct were written neatly and the answers I got wrong were all messy.  I also need to work on checking my answers to see if I am correct.
