In writers workshop we have been learning about writing a narrative! To show us to make one we read Cynthia Rylant’s books! One of her books is about when her relatives come and help them with there farm! The way she writes is narratives! A narrative is a typed of book that is the part of the authors life. Then they change some of it to make the piece more interesting! Also it is a very easy to write book because all of it should be in your memory! Another book she wrote is called “An Angel for Solomon Singer”,which is about a person who lives in a assistant living! But he wants thing like a cat, windows, and many more! But they will not let him get those things! So when he is walking he see’s a restaurant that looks like it has good food! When he walks in he has a waiter named Angel! It makes him happy so every time he goes there he orders things with the things he wants! Another nice thing about narratives is you can make them descriptive or you can not! You can write Narratives however you want! Cynthia Rylant has wrote many books and there are too many for me to tell you about! I hope you enjoyed the post!
